Last Night, major shopping centers in Brisbane opened until mid-night. I thought there were a lot of people. But I went to Garden City around 7pm last night. The car park is not full. The shopping center is not busy. I went to there on Thursday too! There were more people on that times. I think that is because there was heavy rains around evening time last night. Moreover, the most of people have done their Christmas shopping.
From today to 23rd December 2011, at 7pm every night, there will be a Christmas Parade will be held in Queen Street. In the Parade, there will be a lot of performers and animals too! It should be a great event.

There is less than a month to Christmas. Our Brisbane City has prepared for that. They have put Christmas decoration in Queen Street Mall. There are some Angel Decorations at the street light.
At the Queen Street Mall, they placed that kind of Christmas Tree near the foot path.
At the entrance, there is a big decoration. I calls it as Christmas Door.
Moreover, in King George Square, there is a giant Christmas Tree. I think it has at least 2 stories height. That is great.
I wish you will like our Brisbane City Christmas Decoration.
Yesterday, I past King George Square. I found there is an event of Brisbane Festival 2011. There is an outdoor beer garden. That sounds cool! Moreover, there is a live music too. I wish I can stop over in there, but I had an appointment on that time.
I went to watch City Of lights, which is a part of Brisbane Festival 2011, last week. That is very cool! I believe that is a prefect mixture of Spot Lights, Laser and Music!
That still is somethings more impressive coming! Wow, they built a water curtain at the middle of Brisbane River and used a Laser to draw the symbols on that. So Cool!
I recommended you to watch this performance! From now to 24/9, there will be two rounds of City of Lights every night.(Please click here to view the schedule). Lastly, I wish to say the best spot to watch this performance will be the “SANTOS LOUNGE”, which is just in front of QPAC.
I wish you will enjoy this performance too!
